桜坂 ａｔ 赤坂

寒い日もありましたが、４月になり暖かくなりました。
都心の桜も満開が近いようです。
ただ２日は強風と雨でかなり散っているようですが。

１日、赤坂の桜坂を通ってきました。
六本木通り、全日空ホテルの赤坂側から霊南坂、
ホテルオークラへと抜ける道です。

港区設置の標識によると、
｢明治中期に新しく作られた道筋で坂下に戦災まで
大きな桜の木があったことからその名が付いた｣
そうです。

皆さんあちこちでカメラを構えていらっしゃいました。

桜の花吹雪の下を通り抜けると、思わず涙が出てくるくらい
感動します。
