FUKUSHIMAからの贈り物２　[グルメ] [編集]

あぁ～、やってもうたぁ～!!
痛恨の事前投稿日付勘違い。ごめんなさい。

さて気を取り直して。

先週ご紹介したakaharaさんからの贈り物。
今回は実際に味わわせていただきます。

まずはこちら。会津かんの屋の家伝ゆべしです。

かんの屋さんのHP（http://www.kannoya.co.jp/）より。
”ゆべし（柚餅子）とは、本来柚子の実を使った菓子であるが、全国各地でその形状・味・製法は
　それぞれ異なり、その土地々で様々な系統の“ゆべし”が存在しております。

　東北地方で“ゆべし”というと、柚子は使用せずに胡桃（くるみ）を入れた四角形の餅菓子が
　一般的ですが、かんのやの“家伝ゆべし”は、また違った分類と言えます。

　円形の薄いゆべし生地で、あんを包み込み独特な形に蒸しあげた、「あん入　りのゆべし」で、
　東北でありながら独自の“ゆべし”を確立しております。””

ではまず、一番外側の身ぐるみを剥いでみた。いやーん(^o^)

ゆべし2個パックが３つ入っています。捻り具合がなかなか独創的。

ではさらに内装パックの身ぐるみを剥いでみた。あ~れ~（＾o＾）

お米の生地でこし餡を包み込み、上からけしの実をふりかけてあります。

意味なくずずいっと寄ってみる。

うーん、もちもちっとした生地にこし餡がベストフィット！
生地の歯ごたえがまたたまりません。

思わずもうひとつ、手がでてしまいそうです。
おいしかったぁ（＾＾）

残りはまた、今度（＾＾）

身ぐるみ剥がし隊活動はまだまだ続くのであった。

そして、私は漉し餡派ですので、このゆべしは是非いただいてみたいです！

この形珍しいでしょ＾＾　小さい頃からこの形に慣れてるので
ゆべしと言ったらこれなんですよ＾＾；　最低でも一度に２個はイキマスねｗ
本当は全ての名産品、箱で・・・と思ったのですが少しずつ色々と
味わえるようにとセコく小袋で送りました。。。
それに・・・hayamaっち、食べ過ぎて太っちゃったら困るしねｗｗ

先月の東北物産展で売っていて、生まれて初めて
食べたお菓子でした。確かにクルミが入っていました＾＾

柚餅子美味しいですよね、私も好きですね。
形が面白いですね、普通は長方形か四角ですよね。
今凄い雨が降ってきました、叩きつけて居ります。

ゆべしって「柚餅子」って書くから、ゆず味かと思っていたら、ちがったんですね～！^m^

これ、大好きです~~
郡山には、他にも何軒かゆべしを作っているところがあるのですけど。
かんの屋さんのが、皮に包まれた中の漉し餡との組み合わせ。それにケシの実とのハーモニーがとても良いのです。三角形のつつみかたもちゃんと考えられてのもの！
東北ではお餅類やゆべし、ご馳走ですからね。
