節分 [グルメ]
２月も早や３日が過ぎ、明日４日は立春。
暦の上では春ですが、まだまだ寒いですね。
「春は名のみの、風の寒さよ～♪」
さて皆さんは恵方巻きの丸かぶり、やりましたか？
大阪のおすし屋さんがはじめたとか。
恵方巻：（Wikipediaより）
恵方巻、恵方巻き（えほうまき）は、節分に食べると縁起が良いとされる太巻き、
またはそれを食べる大阪を中心とした風習。
別称として「丸かぶり寿司」「恵方寿司」「招福巻」「幸運巻」「開運巻き寿司」などと
表現されることもある。
大阪船場の旦那衆が遊女に太巻きを口にくわえさせるわいせつなお大尽遊びを
始まりとする説のほか、豊臣秀吉時代の家臣が出陣の前日に巻き寿司のようなものを
食べて大勝利したことに始まるという説、江戸時代の終わり頃、大阪の商人たちの
商売繁盛と厄払いの意味合いで、立春の前日の節分にこの恵方巻の習慣が
始まったとされたと言う説などがあるが、元々の「丸かぶり」という言葉から
商売繁盛家内安全を願うものではなかったとも言われる[3]。
商業的催事として、これを利用した関係業界の販売促進活動・関連商品・商戦が
20世紀後半から活性化しており、「日本一長い恵方巻き」イベントも行われている。
残念ながら私はお寿司ではなく、こんなのをいただきました（＾＾）
出先近くのコンビニで買った、「７種のフルーツロール」。
黄桃、パイン、りんご、洋梨、キウイ、白桃、いちごの7種のフルーツを
ホイップクリームと混ぜ合わせてスポンジで丸めてあります。
断面紹介。見えているのは黄桃かな。
ずずぃっと寄ってみたところ。
では実食つかまつる。ぱくり。
・・・。
甘くておいしいのはいいけど、スポンジにもう一工夫ほしいなぁ。
ちょっとふわふわしすぎ。手で持つと、ぐにゃりと曲がってしまいそう。
さらに断面紹介。
見えているのはイチゴとキウイ、パインかな。
7種全部入っているかどうかは、結局わかりませんでした。
330円。山崎製パン(株)。やっぱザキヤマだったか。
これだけで376kcal。運動しなきゃ（＾＾；

一度はやってみたいけど、ミニサイズでへこたれたので、

関西の風習だったようですが、いまや、のり、米、コンビニ業界に支配されている行事の一つですね～^m^
でも、バレンタインデーと違って、日本独自の風習の継承と思えば、これはいいなと思います。

でも関東生まれの私は一度も経験がなく
食べようと思うのですがいつもその太さに
やめてしまいます。
全部食べないといけないんですよね?
