全麺戦争？ [グルメ]
とりあえず台風4号は去ったようですが、皆様のところに
被害は発生してませんでしょうか？
続いて台風5号もやってくるようです。
くれぐれもご注意ください。
さて台風関連の記事を探していた途中で、こんな記事を
見つけてしまいました。
”「うどんよりそばでしょ」 香川県で反乱勃発か？”
うどん県から「そば」発信―。香川県綾川町内で活動する県農協綾歌南部の女性部が、
地元産のそば粉や野菜を使ったしっぽくそば「綾川そば」の全国発信に向けて
準備を進めている。ＰＲの場は、島根県松江市で開かれる「中国四国そばフェスタ」
（2011年11月26、27日、実施済み）。
試作も繰り返し、 メンバーは「準備は万全」と張り切っている。
綾川そばは、耕作放棄地対策の一環として、同町と県農協が出資して２００６年に
設立した「綾歌南部農業振興公社」が、町内の契約農家とともに栽培したソバを使用。
３年前からは冬場に地元産直市で販売し、人気を集めている。
今回のフェスタ参加は、綾川そばを全国にＰＲし地元農家を活気づけるとともに、
需要拡大によるさらなる耕作放棄地の解消につなげるのが狙い。
ソバは無農薬栽培し、信州そばの本場、長野県で石うすびきしたそば粉を使用。
機械製粉に比べ、そば本来の風味が楽しめるという。麺は手打ち。具は地元で収穫した
金時ニンジンやサトイモ、ダイコンなどを大きめに切って入れる。
大会に向け、女性部メンバーはそばの練り方や打ち方、ゆで時間、具の煮込み時間などを
繰り返し確認。後藤シズ子部長（７４）は「麺も野菜も全て綾川産。おいしいしっぽくそばを
多くの人に味わってほしい」としている。
フェスタのフードコーナーには、中四国と九州から１２事業者・団体が出店予定。
一行は２５日に出発し、２日間で約３００食を販売する。
